When choosing a product like the one described, what are some of the features that determine what you end up picking?
Well, for any kind of software I think that the first impression is what determines whether or not I'll bother even visiting the website/ downloading the app. The presentation/ design has to be impactful off the start, if not it won't catch my eye enough to even pay it any attention.
Where/ how do you get most of your software?
If its an app, the app store and I think the payment process is pretty self explanatory there, but if its a computer application, especially one that costs a decent amount, I'm more open, for some reason, to jump through hoop to recieve my product. at the end of th day, if I think the pricing is decent and the product is worth it I'll buy it from anywhere online.
What thinks make you sure that you made the right choice?
Primarily I think this is determined by if I'm using this product as much as the problem I intended to solve calls for. If I am resorting to solving the previous problem using other means I think that is a good sign that it is not serving its purpose.

When choosing a product like the one described, what are some of the features that determine what you end up picking?
Price is a big one, and I think that if it isn't marketed to me initially theres a very small chance that I'll move forward with the purchase.
Where/ how do you get most of your software?
I get most of my software from the Microsoft Store, it holds most popular computer applications. If its not through there I download it from whatever website the software has been released on.
What thinks make you sure that you made the right choice?
If I end up researching other alternatives to the product that I have purchased I think that is a good sign that my need has not fully been met and I have not made the right choice.

When choosing a product like the one described, what are some of the features that determine what you end up picking?
When choosing software I compile as much potential competition as possible and compare it all. However, I think that the factor that affects my choice of products/ services the most is word of mouth.
Where/ how do you get most of your software?
I get my software from the website of the company that owns it. There have been a few occasions when I have missed out on a sale or possible gotten the software for a lesser rate but I'd rather enjoy the dependability of the products manufacturer.
What thinks make you sure that you made the right choice?
If my complaints move from the problem that I had to the software that is supposed to be fixing it then I think that I've made the wrong choice. Even if it is functional this can be the case; Software is about both functionality and user experience.

From these interviews I gathered some useful information: marketing my product is of the utmost importance, software should be available for purchase through multiple platfoms, and consistent service is of the utmost importance to ensure customer retention.
