The idea that I have to solve the issue of a lack of useful time organization/ productivity products is a modular, customizable website/ app that can be utilized for the use of both personal organization and team organization. Work and personal life are both important elements of the lives of professionals so I feel it would be very useful to have some sort of software that could complete both of these tasks. You would be able to integrate this software with all the current platforms that the prototypical user uses and change the layout of the software to best suit the need of the consumer.
I think that a possible approach to the revenue plan of the business could be to release it as an open source project, kind of the same way that google did for the android platform. Revenue could be make through providing support, plugins and paying for certain elements of the source code. This approach also puts a lot of eyes on your work and would make it easier to increase the breadth of the business down the line.

I think that's a great idea. Lots of people have trouble with their organization, and while there are services out there, they are mainly aimed toward larger corporations. A platform that provides organization for both work and personal life would be different. And since you want to make it open source, it can also be customizable to each user's likes. Great idea!
